What is your shipping policy?

Which items are eligible to be returned?
Items in their original condition: new, unopened. All sale items cannot be returned. Please see our "Return Policy" instructions here.

Can I apply multiple promotion codes and offers on a single order?
Only one code can be applied per order and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.

Do I need to pay sales taxes?
We do not charge sales tax unless shipping to California.

What kind of payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

Are the products on Fresh & Glow authentic?
All of our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from the manufacturers or approved manufacturer agents.

How do I cancel my order?
If the tracking number on your order has not been created, we can cancel your order. Please contact us at hello@freshandglow.com immediately for a cancellation request.

How do I figure out a product’s expiration date?
We carefully inspect all our manufacturing and expiration dates. Look for the characters "제조" with numbers to find the manufacturing date of the product. Unopened products generally have a shelf life of two years. The expiration date can be found if you look for the characters  "까지." If you have any concerns, please email us at hello@freshandglow.com.

Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchange on our products.

What if I receive a damaged item?
