Oh no! We’re sorry you are not happy with your purchase.

Our return policy is 30 days. To be eligible, your item must be new and unopened. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please email us at hello@freshandglow.com with your order number to get a Return Authorization Number. Items returned without a Return Authorization Number are not eligible for refund.

All Sale items, Special Discount Offers and purchases made during Special Sales Events (including free shipping, pop-up, etc.) are final sale and not eligible for a refund

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You are responsible for the shipping costs of your return. Please consider getting a tracking number or purchasing shipping insurance.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 3-7 business days for the refund credit to post to your account. Your refund will include the cost of the item, plus any applicable sales tax.
